5. KAMOKINI SWIM WEAR

This being on my wishlist has nothing to do with the fact that i love water (well I'm an Aquarius). I can't say much about my swimming skills, but going to the pool or the beach is always a good idea to me. :-)
I love swim suits, probably my favorite fashion item ever and these kamokini swim suits give me a reason to love them even more, so so stylish.

PRINTS, NUDE AND BLACK .ROBERTA FRILL PRINT SKIRT ON JUMIA GHANA

Jumia Ghana is a year old and apart from the amazing discounts their clients get to enjoy, I am collaborating with them to bring you at least one look a week from their fab fashion store.
So if you haven't already checked them out yet, now is the best time to do that .

For today's look we picked this very stylish NMA Roberta Frill print skirt going for 80 Ghana Cedis, available in sizes; small, medium and large,

DETAILS

It is a very beautiful and colourful skirt, so we need to go easy on the other pieces we are going pair it with. It's very feminine and definitely a good mood booster.
For a top I chose this black bralet which is because I love all things black , black is a classic and the skirt stands out.

I then went for a Frida nude high heel ankle strap sandal and finished the look off with an elegant jeweled nude clutch.

THE COMPLETE LOOK

Quite simple right?
This look is perfect for a date night  or a girls night out. It can also work as a day look.
Follow our tips and style it your way, remember being confident and comfortable is key, and don't hesitate to tag us in your pictures so we can feature you on our social media media pages.

                                                                                   Love Laurie x

MADIBA LIVES ON IN OUR HEARTS

It's an honour to pay tribute to a man who has imparted this generation so much and so positively.
A man most of us never met yet we spoke about like our favourite grand pa.
I used to imagine myself in a picture taken with this legend...wishful thinking.
What mostly comes to mind when Nelson Mandela is mentioned is UNITY AND FORGIVENESS.
Two virtues our world today could do with.
Even now when he's passed on to glory, his wisdom and ideals we still carry in our hearts.
As the world mourns Madiba,i'd like us to reflect on some of the deep and thoughtful words of wisdom he shared with us.
And probably learn a thing or two from this legend.
In reality,Madiba will never die, bacause he lives on....in our minds and in our hearts.
